Meet Amy Badstubner, Au.D., FAAA, MT-BC
Dr. Amy Badstubner is owner and founder of Elite Audiology Resources, PLLC. She received her Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Arizona State University. Professionally, Dr. Badstubner has worked with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings from a world-renowned clinic assisting individuals with developmental disabilities, a high school for deaf teenagers, prison care, private practice, to numerous hospitals with individuals ranging in age from birth to 102 years old. Her clinical interests include tinnitus management and auditory (re)habilitation, as well as assisting those with hearing loss, through the use of amplification and/or assistive listening devices (ALDs), to be able to enjoy the sounds of life.
Dr. Badstubner has been awarded various honors that include the Empowering People scholarship (American Academy of Audiology) and Ronald J Spitznagel Service Fellowship (University of Florida). She also feels it is important to give back to the community and has done so by mentoring at-risk teenagers and as founder of a non-profit that promotes inclusion of those with disabilities in road races. Dr. Badstubner is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and continues to maintain her board certification in Music Therapy. In her free time, Dr. Badstubner can be found relaxing at her piano, traveling, or playing with her standard Schnauzer, Olive.
